PUBLIC ART
Here is our latest massive 25,000sqft public art project in the city of Commerce, CA that will be installed on the I-710 on the three under passes of Telegraph, Triggs and pedestrian walk way on Leonis. Below is a sneak preview of our large scale public art mural that we created and designed. Special thanks to Larry Ryan and his team from RJM Design Group. The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) developed the Clean California Local Grant Program through which funds will go to local communities to beautify and improve local streets and roads, tribal lands, parks, pathways, and transit centers. Through the combination of adding beautification measures and art in public spaces along with the removal of litter and debris, this effort will enhance communities and improve spaces for walking and recreation.

There are several types of public art, each with its unique characteristics and functions. Here are some of the most common types of public art:
1. Sculpture: Sculptures are three-dimensional artworks that can be made of a variety of materials, such as stone, metal, or wood. 3. Installations: Installations are temporary or permanent artworks that are designed to interact with the surrounding environment. They can take many forms, from interactive sculptures to light displays, and can be placed in a variety of public spaces.
4. Land art: Land art is a type of public art that is created using natural materials found in the environment, such as rocks, soil, and plants. It can be large-scale or small, and can be created in both rural and urban settings.
5. Performance art: Performance art is a type of public art that involves live performances or events that are designed to engage and challenge audiences. Examples include street theater, dance performances, and public music concerts.
6. Street art: Street art is a form of public art that is created on walls, sidewalks, crosswalks and other surfaces in urban areas. It can take many forms, including graffiti, stencil art, and murals, and is often used to express political or social messages.
These are just a few examples of the many types of public art that exist. Each type can have a unique impact on the public space and the people who interact with it, making public art an important component of urban culture and identity.
